Employment & Skills Support
Your future starts with a skill. Let’s unlock it together. 🔑🛠️
From Prison to Paycheck – Building Careers, Not Criminal Records
At Rise Now Foundation, we believe meaningful work is the strongest path away from reoffending. Our Employment & Skills service provides fast-track training, qualifications, and real work experience—because no one should be defined by their past.
															Why Employment Changes Everything
🚫 Unemployed ex-offenders are 3x more likely to reoffend (Ministry of Justice, 2023). ✅ 72% of our participants secure jobs or education within 6 months. 💡 Skills = Choices – We focus on sectors facing worker shortages, so you’re needed.
