How We Help
1. Emergency & Long-Term Housing
Prison Gate Pick-Up – We meet you on release and take you directly to safe, pre-arranged accommodation (hostels, supported housing, or private rentals).
Deposit & Rent Assistance – Grants or loans for first month’s rent and deposit guarantees where eligible.
Tenancy Support – Help with signing contracts, understanding tenant rights, and avoiding eviction.
We’re there on release day to prevent homelessness and crisis.
Immediate Support – Transport to safe accommodation, a welcome pack (phone credit, Oyster card, toiletries).
First 24 Hours – Escorting participants to critical appointments (job centres, GP surgeries, housing offices).
Crisis Prevention – Emergency food, SIM cards, and referrals to warm hubs if needed.
2. Benefits & Financial Stability
Universal Credit Fast-Tracking – We help you apply before release (so payments start sooner).
Lost ID Replacement – Free support to replace birth certificates, passports, or NI numbers.
Debt & Budgeting Advice – Managing fines, council tax arrears, and living costs.
3. Holistic Stabilisation
Mental Health Referrals – Priority access to NHS services or counselling.
Food & Essentials – Welcome packs with supermarket vouchers, SIM cards, and toiletries.

✅ Stable housing cuts reoffending by 50% (Ministry of Justice, 2022).
💷 Delayed benefit claims force many into survival crime—we prevent this.
